I am just starting out on my journey to making fonts, and am enjoying it immensely. These 25 fonts represent my first dabble with font making, each containing 75 characters. They are yours to use as you please in personal and classroom projects. All I ask is that you please leave a review. If you wish to use them for free products on TES, TpT, etc. you can find my Terms of Use inside the zip folder, and if you wish to use them commercially, you can purchase a licensed pack from my store.

These fonts are available elsewhere in my store for £1 if you only wish to use them for personal use or classroom use. However, with this pack you can use these fonts commercially, with credit. I would really also appreciate a review if you could spare the time.

I created these fonts for when we set Y2 SATs “Secret Agent” work in class. They would also be great for Escape Rooms and similar challenges. I thought it would be super useful to be able to type in code without having to do all of the brain work, first! So I have created fonts whereby you can type normally on the keyboard and it will automatically replace, rotate or flip the letters. The pack contains previews and keys for all fonts. Use in personal, classroom and commercial products (with credit) is permitted. If you download and use these, a review would be lovely.

This pair of fonts (Soundbuttondots & Soundbuttondashes) allow you to add dots or dashes to your writing to represent sound buttons underneath single sounds, digraphs and trigraphs. There are even special characters included to replicate the sound buttons needed to show the connection between split digraphs. Full disclosure - this is not a perfect ‘does the job for you without you having to think’ kind of font. I don’t have the technology to make the fonts do ligatures and automatically underline digraphs and trigraphs, but I have tried to make it as seamless and easy as I can. By switching between the two fonts, you can choose which letters have dots underneath and which have dashes (the spacing on the dashed letters is already condensed so the dashes form a continuous line), and you can insert special characters (or use the corresponding symbols) to add arrows for split digraphs. WATCH THE VIDEO TO SEE HOW, plus full written instructions included in the pack. To my mind, this font certainly beats printing out a regular copy of work and manually adding all the sound buttons in a black pen, or trying to add dot and dash clipart underneath! We’ve all been there!
